Al is an integrative psychotherapist aiming to create spaces of trust for clients to explore the intricacy and fullness of their own lives and minds, coming to a greater sense of resilience and compassion within themselves, and their world. With a focus on helping clients understand their own Minds, Selves and Life, Al seeks to support clients in developing insight, capacity, and hope, to restore possibility where there may have once been closure.
Using a collaborative, relational, embodied, and integrative approach, Al has experience supporting clients living with; depression, anxiety, grief and loss, existential/spiritual concerns, emotional and relationship disturbance.
His studies span Buddhist Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, Mindful Leadership with NYU, Integral Facilitation with Ten Directions, an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching at the Australian Yoga Academy, and most recently a Bachelor in Integrative Psychotherapy at IKON Institute where he was the National Awardee for Clinical and Academic Excellence.

With his other life in the regenerative leadership world, Al also supports founders, CEOs, and executives in developing greater personal capacity for navigating complex socio-emotional, systemic challenges.
An intersectionalist at heart, Al carries an appreciation for the integration of the personal, social, ecological, and spiritual. Born of his Indian heritage, he studies and aims to integrate both Eastern and Western philosophy and practice. In this way, he aims to create spaces for clients to develop both a robust self in a social world and a compassionate and generous self through contemplative practice.
