Ash is an accredited social worker and therapist, working with adults from diverse backgrounds and identities, practicing on unceded Wurundjeri country. She specialises in supporting people impacted by life challenges, including those experiencing anxiety and depression. She is also an experienced group facilitator.

Ash offers individual therapy, utilising evidence-based modalities such as Schema Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Her practice framework incorporates strengths-based, trauma-informed, collaborative, anti-oppressive, and person-centred approaches.

Drawing from her own therapeutic journey, Ash understands that starting therapy may seem daunting and scary. Whilst co-creating safety, Ash provides a collaborative journey with her clients to address their unique mental health challenges.

In her spare time, Ash loves to hang out with her cats and catch up on a good tv show or movie. She enjoys selfcare routines such as meditating and sitting in the morning sun, going on trips, playing guitar, and painting.

With a background in individual and group counselling, working with victim/survivors and perpetrators of family violence, suicide crisis support, and disability work, Ash is passionate about empowering individuals to work towards their goals and embrace their authentic selves.

Ash offers 50-minute individual therapy sessions - $150 per session.
