Ché (he/they) is an integrative psychotherapist. They are a Korean-born, US-raised intercountry adoptee, residing in Naarm (Melbourne, Vic.) since 2008. Their unique therapeutic approach is shaped by personal experiences of navigating identity, belonging, and self-discovery. Ché specialises in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, identity and existential crises, and addressing challenges such as adoption, addiction, anxiety, bullying, C-PTSD, domestic violence, grief and loss, LGBTIQA+ issues, relationship issues, racism, sexual assault, and suicidality.

Ché’s person-centered, holistic approach ensures individuals feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered as they explore life experiences to gain insight into the mind-body connection, and supports the development of strategies to manage psychological distress when navigating complexities on their healing journey.
