Abbie (she/her) is a clinical psychologist who offers a warm and collaborative space for clients to explore challenges, build insight, and create meaningful change. 

Whether working together for a short time on specific goals or over the longer term in a deeper, attachment-focused way, Abbie aims to create a safe and authentic space for growth. She welcomes feedback throughout the process, to ensure therapy feels collaborative and helpful, and often works with the therapeutic relationship itself to help clients understand patterns and experiment with new ways of relating.

Abbie has worked with clients across many stages of life and in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, schools, and community mental health services.

  • Trauma, including childhood trauma and PTSD

  • Perinatal mental health, including postnatal depression and anxiety

Individual Session 50 minutes- $240.
