Rudi Doku

Hi, I’m Rudi.

I am a trauma informed Integral and Executive Coach, Advanced-Level Student in the SE™ Professional Training and trained in Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems and Trauma Release Exercises.

I have seen and experienced how body-based-approaches can work quickly and efficiently to break through to healing.

My approach engages your inner healer to move from states of anxiety, burnout, disconnection to states of ease, flow, and feeling at home in your body. This provides a foundation for a meaningful adaptation, mutually satisfying relationships, and the unfolding of your full creative genius.

I combine Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Neuroscience, Attachment Theory, and Psychodynamic approaches and have trained personally with Deb Dana, (Rhythm of Regulation), Einat Bronstein (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing through Peter Levine's three year trauma training modality.
