About Me
I work with people from all walks of life, but many who come to me are looking for support with:
- Healing from trauma and its lasting effects
- Repairing attachment wounds and improving relationships
- Questions of meaning, identity, and purpose
- Self-worth, confidence, and autonomy
- Anxiety, stress, and burnout
- The impact of social and political injustice, including eco-anxiety, activist burnout, queerphobia, racism, and other forms of oppression
- Building resilience—individually and collectively
- Support in the immediate aftermath of a traumatic event
- Psychedelic integration
- Deepening connection with nature
How I Work
A central focus of my practice is trauma and attachment repair. I draw on the Three Pillar Attachment Repair Method to help clients rebuild the sense of safety, connection, and belonging that might have been disrupted earlier in life. Healing trauma often begins in the therapy relationship itself, where we can create new experiences of trust, attunement, and support together. My foundation is in psychology (University of Melbourne) and integrative psychotherapy (Ikon Institute of Australia). I’ve also studied and draw upon Mentalisation-Based Therapy, Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy (The Conversational Model), Metacognitive Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and CBT. These influences give me a broad toolkit, but I don’t see therapy as applying techniques from a distance. What matters most is what happens between us: building a genuine, caring relationship, checking in regularly on what feels helpful, and shaping our work so it meets your needs.
My fee is $150 per 50-minute session.
