Beth is a registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar (BA Psychology, Honours Psychology, Master of Clinical Psychology).

Beth believes in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where healing and growth can occur by working from a place of collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. Together, working to build insight and explore patterns that may be contributing to difficulties in your life by looking beyond symptoms to understand how past experiences shape current thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

Beth integrates a trauma-informed practice and draws on therapeutic modalities, including ACT, EMDR and Psychodynamic. Working across private and public health settings, Beth has experience with individuals who have faced:

  • trauma, PTSD, complex trauma
  • grief and loss
  • chronic stress
  • relationship difficulties
  • anxiety/depression
  • acute and chronic illness
  • domestic or family violence
  • challenges related to migration
  • a range of other mental health concerns

Fees

Individual session 50 minutes, $240

Beth accepts Mental Health Care Plans through Medicare, private health insurance, and Chronic Health Management Plans. Beth does not undertake medico-legal reports or provide assessments or consultations for WorkCover, TAC, or NDIS cases.
