Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Art.
Integrative Psychotherapy is a collaborative approach to therapy that draws on a range of theories and modalities, allowing treatment to be tailored to each client’s unique experience.
Julie is passionate about supporting adults and late teens as they navigate adversity, explore challenging questions, grieve, transition, and cultivate greater capacity and ease in their lives.
She offers a therapeutic environment grounded in deep attunement, collaboration, and non-judgement, where clients feel safely supported and free to be themselves.
Julie works with a number of therapeutic approaches, including Integrative Attachment Repair (IAT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic modalities, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
She supports clients with a wide range of concerns, including self-esteem issues, relational difficulties, anxiety and depression, stress management, somatic disturbances, personality disorders, OCD and panic, grief, trauma, existential issues, and complex PTSD (CPTSD).
Julie is registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) as a Level 2 Member (No. 19579).
Individuals 50min $130 and $100 concession. She also offers online sessions.
