Mae Anuchartkeattikul

- Psychotherapist -

Mae is a Thai–Australian psychotherapist and the founder of SoulPlay Therapy, based in Melbourne. She offers therapy in both Thai and English, working with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned with who they are.

Many of Mae’s clients are high-functioning on the outside, yet internally experience a sense of disconnection, overthinking, or a loss of aliveness. Her work offers a space to gently explore these experiences and reconnect with a more authentic and emotionally alive sense of self.

Mae’s approach integrates psychological depth with creative and reflective exploration. Drawing from modalities such as Internal Family Systems and relational therapy, she supports both insight and lived experience. Alongside conversation, she creates room for curiosity, imagination, and forms of expression that allow deeper emotional layers to emerge.

She works with individuals and couples navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship dynamics, identity questions, and cross-cultural experiences. Mae’s intention is to create a space that feels grounded, thoughtful, and quietly transformative, where healing is not only understood, but deeply felt.
