~Somatic Practitioner~
Meg Weaves offers somatic sessions that support people to reconnect with their instincts, felt sense, boundaries, anger, voice and embodied self-trust.
Her work is especially supportive for people navigating people-pleasing, shame, self-abandonment, functional freeze, relationship patterns, difficulty saying no, and a desire to feel more connected to their authentic expression.
Meg is fiercely passionate about helping women reclaim their instinctual knowing — the capacity to sense, discern, protect, express, and trust what lives within them. Her own journey of recovering from people-pleasing and functional freeze has deeply informed her work with anger, boundaries and the life force that can emerge when we learn to push back and honour our no.
Sessions with Meg are collaborative, relational and guided by what emerges in the present moment. The process may include body-centred exploration, deep listening to sensation and emotion, parts work, movement, breath, imagery, voice, dialogue, and gently supporting the body’s own intelligence and self-knowing.
Meg’s work is influenced by Process-Oriented Psychology, somatic education, somatic experiencing, parts work, dialogue work, earth-based practice and her sacred rage facilitation training from the Deep Feminine Mystery school.
