Rachel is a qualified integrative therapist with a passion for helping individuals and couples transform relational patterns that shape their lives. Having experienced her own struggles in relationships, Rachel deeply understands the pain of feeling stuck in unhealthy cycles. This personal journey inspired her to pursue therapy as a career and informs the way she approaches her work with clients. Rachel offers a compassionate, collaborative, and tailored approach to therapy, providing a safe space where clients can explore the challenges of being human.
Drawing on a deep understanding of attachment theory and evidence-based models, including Somatic and Trauma-Informed Therapy, Rachel helps clients explore the unconscious frameworks that influence their relationships with themselves, others, and the world at large.
Rachel works with individuals navigating a variety of challenges, including life transitions, identity struggles, grief, anxiety, depression, parenting difficulties, and the emotional impacts of menopause and aging. She offers compassionate support to those facing these challenges, helping them gain clarity, develop resilience, and find healthier ways to cope.
Rachel works with people aged 18 and older and welcomes clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQI individuals and polyamorous couples.
