~ Trauma-responsive art therapist & clinical supervisor ~

My name is STEF (she/they), a trauma-responsive art therapist & clinical supervisor, professionally registered with ANZACATA (AThR).
I migrated to so-called Australia as an adult from Hong Kong, and proudly identity as a Third Culture Kid as well as honorary cat guardian.

I have 6+ years in practice, working with adults within acute & sub-acute services in public mental health, family violence, forensic disability & culturally-specific spaces. With an ongoing commitment towards disability justice & decolonizing practice, I approach from a humanistic, intersectional, experiential lens. ART PSYCHOTHERAPY focuses on regulation, strengths & meaning-making, integrating interpersonal neurobiology & multi-sensorial material processes to invite curious shifting in ways of being, seeing & holding.
