Wayne recently worked as a Group Therapy Facilitator with Ramsay Health. Previously, Wayne has worked as a Mental Health Facilitator with St John Ambulance, Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Clinician with the Magistrates Court of Victoria (MCV), and AOD Coordinator with the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Wayne has a background in suicide prevention and crisis counselling, along with working in forensic environments. He is passionate about advocating for men's mental health.

My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I aim to support you to develop greater self-awareness, improve coping strategies, strengthen communication skills, and enhance overall wellbeing. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals and explore meaningful ways forward. I am bound by a Professional Code of Ethics and Practice and I continue to refine my skills through regular professional development and supervision.
